Here are the Top 5 questions you need to answer before a visitor to your web site will buy a product from you:

1. How much does it cost?
2. Is this a real company? Can I call them if I need to?
3. How long will it take to get to ship to me from this e-store?
4. How much will shipping cost me?
5. Is this site secure? Is my credit card info safe here?
